Corporate Holding Company Website Rescue and Redesign

PMC Global is a privately held management company in Sun Valley, California, with more than twenty subsidiaries in plastics, chemicals, food, and finance. When their host updated PHP, the company’s unsupported theme and plugins broke, the security certificate failed, and visitors started complaining that the website was down. They also wanted a more modern design.

The first priority was getting something reliable online. We got into the company’s new hosting account and built a temporary one-page site from the content on the old one, with anchor navigation and the subsidiaries organized by region. It went live in August 2026, and the client told us it looked great. We have also helped with expiring security certificates and followed up on a widely reported server vulnerability.

With the urgent problem handled, we moved to the redesign. We created mockups of seven page types in the company’s gray and blue, then built the new site on our staging server, including a map of company locations. The client wrote that the test site works and the structure looks good. The redesign is waiting on final content, photos, and headquarters locations before launch.

Corporate websites for holding companies and manufacturers

A parent company with many subsidiaries needs a website that explains the family of businesses clearly, works reliably, and stays secure. When an old site breaks, the right move is often a fast, stable stopgap followed by a careful rebuild. We do both.

We work with corporate clients on projects including:

  • Emergency replacement pages for broken websites
  • Holding company and subsidiary directory sites
  • Location maps for multi-site companies
  • Page type mockups before a rebuild
  • Security certificate renewals and hosting moves
  • Security patch follow-up
  • Staged redesigns built around client content

Every project we deliver is yours to keep. You own the website and its content without licensing restrictions or ongoing fees beyond hosting. If your company’s website is broken or outdated, we would love to help.

Digital Marketing Case Study: PMC Global, Corporate Holding Company Website Rescue and Redesign

We were excited to work with PMC Global on this project. They needed a new website, an updated website, website hosting migration, website maintenance and general marketing consultation. Our team collaborated with them on their goals and enjoyed going above and beyond expectations on this project.

Case Study Goals:

In our initial discovery meeting with PMC Global we determined that the primary goals for this project included: increasing website security, making it easier for visitors to access information, updating and repairing the website, updating the look and function of the website, and to complete this project within the limits of a set deadline and budget.

The company needed its broken website replaced quickly after a hosting update took it down, and then wanted a modern redesign that presents its family of subsidiaries clearly.

Case Study Process and Highlights:

We built and launched a temporary one-page site with subsidiaries by region, handled certificate and security follow-ups, then created seven page type mockups and built the redesign on staging with a company locations map. The website rebuild resolved the performance issues the client had been working around for years, and the new structure has made it easier to add pages and content as the business grows. Ongoing maintenance has kept the site secure, fast, and current, with regular updates handled before they become problems. We like to consider ourselves a valuable partner to PMC Global, working together on this project to meet all of their objectives, aligning goals and finding unique solutions to their challenges.

Getting a stable page online first stopped the complaints right away and gave the company room to plan the full redesign without pressure.

Case Study Results:

We are happy to report this successful project resulted in not only a happy client but also verifiably meeting all the project goals, including these points of accomplishment: were pleased with our fast, responsive customer service, found it easier for visitors to access information and enjoyed our unique personal touch and custom sales process. These were precisely the results PMC Global was looking for, and we are committed to remaining a trusted digital partner in support of PMC Global's objectives.

The temporary site has been live since August 2026, and the client says the redesign's test site works and the structure looks good. The full site will launch once final content and photos arrive.
