To get us started, please review and agree to our terms for performing services for you and give us permission to create or access and edit any accounts that will be necessary for commencing this project. This is a general retainer contract and release that should cover most projects, but if you need additional terms or if you need an alternative release to better meet your needs, please just ask and a custom agreement can be created for your specific project. Additional Authorized Retainer Users and Points Of Contact can be added at any time by written request or email from any existing Authorized Retainer User. Removal of any user must be confirmed by the primary account holder.

By digitally signing below, I, the Client, acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. I am the authorized representative with legal authority to grant access to the website, accounts, and digital assets mentioned in this form.
2. I understand that this digital signature constitutes a legally binding electronic signature under applicable electronic signature laws.
3. I grant Design Web Louisville permission to access, edit, and make repairs to the website, accounts, and other assets specified in our project agreement.
4. I acknowledge that this authorization remains valid until explicitly revoked in writing.
5. This agreement was executed on (Required).
